After a recent ZOOM Q&A, in these times of uncertainty, attendees suggested more similar events. I am planning to do these on a quarterly basis. If you would like to join, please do contact me. Delegates asked some great questions about:

  • Depleting holidays,

  • Getting your people back to work 

  • Post Covid - new ways of working and maybe some changed attitudes to working, travel and general safety,

  • Obtaining agreement for pay cuts and  

  • Selection criteria and consultation rules for potential redundancy situations
